I won't say this is the story of my life, but some of it rings oh so true, and I'm usually on the receiving end, like that Japanese lady at the end.
Very funny, and very true. Let's hope businesses realise that it's not just about communication, it's also about organisation.
(Also, notice how it's always a decent time of day in the US? Funny, that...)
